The Carpet Direct Process is simple.
Step 1. Call us for an appointment. We will arrange to meet you at your home or business when it is convenient for you. We bring all our selections of floor coverings directly to you in our van. We work with you to determine the best possible solution to your floor covering needs at the best possible price.
Step 2. Make your selection and we will order them directly from the manufacturer the same day. Payment is made with the order, and is immediately forwarded to the manufacturer which puts you at the top of the list for shipping. Carpet Direct will accept cash, checks or credit card checks. Credit card purchases require a 3% convenience fee.
Step 3. The only thing you have to do now is arrange for installation. Carpet Direct does not provide or get involved with the installation, however, your Carpet Direct agent can provide a list of installers in your area used by previous customers to assist you. Retail operations add an additional hidden fee in their installation prices to pay a subcontractor or their employees. By handling this step yourself, you eliminate these fees and save additional money.
Step 4. Your floor covering should arrive within 7 to 10 days. Your installer will typically pick up your floor covering and deliver it to your home or business on the day of the installation.
